The Food Show with Andrew Coppolino is heard Sundays at noon on  570 All News Radio, broadcast live from bright and bustling downtown Kitchener, Ontario.

The Food Show covers just about about anything having to do with food, restaurants, and dining: smoke-roasting, "green" restaurants, Slow Food, fast eaters, foraging for Jerusalem artichokes, and unusual morsels like bibimbap or Saigonese subs called banh mi.

We have restaurant reviews, information about squirrels as foodstuff, and regular visits from our wizard of food-words Mark Morton. We recently spoke to the folks at Max restaurant in Sweden, who have the world's first carbon-footprint menu. And we chatted with one of the country's top food writers Anita Stewart.
